General

What areas do you serve?

We’re based in Lake City, Seattle and serve Seattle (including Lake City, Northgate, Ballard and Greenwood), Shoreline, Lynnwood, Edmonds, Mountlake Terrace, Bothell, Kirkland, Woodinville, Bellevue, Redmond and Renton. If you’re nearby and don’t see your city, give us a call.

What are your hours?

Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 5 PM. We’re closed on Sunday.

Do you work on commercial properties?

We focus on residential homes. If you have a small commercial property, call us and we’ll let you know whether it’s a good fit.

Do I need to be home during the service?

Not usually. We just need access to the areas we’re cleaning and an outdoor water spigot. For interior window cleaning, someone will need to let us in.

Roofs & moss

How often should my roof be cleaned?

Every one to two years for most Seattle-area roofs. Roofs shaded by trees or facing north may need yearly cleaning and moss treatment.

Is roof cleaning safe for shingles?

Yes, when done with the right method. We use hand removal and low-pressure soft washing on asphalt shingles instead of high pressure, which can strip protective granules.

Will the moss come back?

Moss is a fact of life in the Northwest, but a proper cleaning plus treatment slows regrowth significantly. Regular maintenance keeps it from ever getting established again.

Do you clean metal roofs?

Yes. We clean both asphalt shingle and metal roofs, using gentle methods that protect coatings and seams.

Gutters & windows

How often should gutters be cleaned?

At least once a year, ideally in mid to late fall. Homes surrounded by evergreens often need a second cleaning in spring.

Do you clean downspouts too?

Yes. We clear and flush downspouts so water drains away from your home properly.

Do you clean both interior and exterior windows?

Yes. You can book exterior only, interior only, or both. We also clean skylights and solar panels.

How much does it cost?

Every home is different, so we price each job based on size, roof pitch, access and the condition of the surfaces. Estimates are free. Call or email us to get one.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, check, Zelle and Venmo.

How do I book?

What happens if it rains on my appointment?

Light rain doesn’t stop most of our work. If the weather makes a job unsafe or affects the results, we’ll reschedule with you.
